On Mondays through June 29, 7:30 to 8:30 p.m., at Hill Center, this Meditation Class includes 20 minutes of guided relaxation meditation, a brief teaching, time for discussion, and a concluding meditation. The teaching portion includes practical, actionable wisdom from the Buddhist tradition that we can use to improve the quality of our daily life.
These teachings are suitable for everyone, not just people who consider themselves Buddhists. Every class is offered on a drop-in basis; you do not need to attend each class in a series.
