Open Enrollment for health insurance through DC Health Link started on Nov. 1 for individuals and families. Residents have until Jan. 31, 2020, to shop, compare and get covered. DC Health Link has introduced a new standard plan option to allow District residents to obtain needed medical services without first having to meet a plan deductible.
