Docents become part of a community of learners and continue their education both formally and informally. Those interested in applying must attend an information meeting. Meetings are on Oct. 3 at 10:30 a.m.; Oct. 19 at 2:30 p.m.; Nov. 7 at 12:30 p.m.; Nov. 13 at 1 p.m.; and Dec. 6 at 12:30 p.m. Register at nga.gov.
